Sereal Sport goal is to provide accurate product and pricing information, unintentional pricing or typographical errors may occur. Sereal Sport reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without notice (including after you submitted your order and confirmation was received). In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Sereal Sport shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If your credit card has been charged for any order subsequently cancelled, Sereal Sport will issue a credit to your credit card. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

“Sereal Sports” wants you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase but because of product specifics all sales are considered as final and we have no return policy in place, unless product has strong manufacturing damages. 

All claims for lost, damage or error in shipment must be made through Customer Service by email at- info@sereal.eu in 5 working days after receiving goods. Our Customer Service will evaluate each situation (lost, damaged or error of product) and inform buyer about decision in 5 working days by giving case number.  Buyer has rights to return goods in 14 working days after receiving case number (shipping costs has to be covered by buyer). After receiving returned goods, Sereal Sport makes Quality Control and responds in 10 working days about possible errors made in manufacturing process. Sereal Sport keeps rights not to refund or replace buyer if QC does not recognize any manufacturing errors. Sereal Sport is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged or mishandled shipments. Refund will be transfered with same payment method which was used to purchase goods.
